We offer nationwide delivery across the Republic of Ireland.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is free for all customers who meet our minimum order value: The minimum order for Retail customers is €400, and for Foodservice customers is €200.

Am I a Retail or Foodservice customer?

We designate a Retail customer as anyone who operates a Convenience Store, Supermarket or Off-Licence. Foodservice customers are anyone outside of this, examples including a Cafe, Restaurant, Hotel, Nursing home or Hospital, Butcher, Fast Food outlet or anything similar to this list.

What are delivery times?

We operate a next day delivery service Monday - Saturday. The cut off time for receipt on all Retail customer orders is 11.00am for deliveries expected for the following working day. The cut off time for receipt on all Foodservice customer orders is 5.00pm for deliveries expected for the following working day.

Due Date:
This indicates that the product will be delivered into us will be available to pick for your order from the date specified. If your order is due for delivery before the specified date then you will likely not receive the item.
In Stock:
When a product is marked as "In Stock," it means that the item is currently available in our inventory and is available for picking for your order.
10-14 Days Delivery:
This delivery availability suggests that the product is not currently in stock but will be sourced upon receiving an order. The estimated delivery time of 10-14 days indicates the anticipated duration it will take to process the order, including sourcing, packing, and shipping, before reaching you.
No Stock:
When a product is marked as "No Stock," it means that the item is currently unavailable in our inventory due to supplier shortages. We recommend you do not place orders for these products, instead order a substitute product of your choice and revisit the online store regularly for updates.

What does the DRS "+Return Deposit" value mean on the product information and in my basket screen?
+
Ireland now runs a Deposit Return Scheme; when you buy a drink in a plastic bottle, aluminium or steel can that feature the Re-turn logo, you pay a small deposit in addition to the price of the drink. When you return your empty, undamaged container to any retail outlet, you get your deposit back in full. The amount you see here is the DRS value which is applicable to your selected products.
